Steps for NHIS Renewal
This can all be done by Just dialing the NHIS renewal code.

First Dial *929#, Upon dialing the NHIS Renewal code, you will get options as shown below
Secondly, select the second (2) Option which states Renew Membership. Note, You select by keying in 2 and pressing send to initiate the renewal process.
Thirdly, you will get to a page as shown below to chose between NHIS CARD or GHANA CARD, select Option 1 which is NHIS Card and press send.
Also, Enter your NHIS Number, it is found on the front of your NHIS Card right beneath the Date Of Birth as shown below
As well, Upon keying in the Membership Number Press Send in order to send the Request. Now Proceed to Renew by Providing the Payment information.
This service will be rolled out in phases as disclosed by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in charge at Operations of the NHIA, Dr. Lydia Baaba Dsane-Selby if u check and the code is not working just wait some few days and check again.
